2009 Accomplishments of the Board of Directors,
Staff and Volunteers
- Implementation of the new name, logo, mission and vision statements to take affect on January 1, 2010
- Board Recruitment committee developed and implemented a Board Commitment form
- Implemented E‐Tapestry Software to assist in better tracking and reporting of the development efforts
- Opened 4 apartments for the Pregnant and Parenting Teens Program, expanding the numbers served in a residential capacity from 8 to 16

2008 was a year of believing in the future of HCYSB and realizing its potential,making a difference in the lives of those we serve and the community where welive. HCYSB reached many milestones, including expansion of its programs and strengthening of its services and foundation. Proof that it was well worththe effort is found throughout this report in the stories of the youth and families we served.

As you are all aware, Hamilton Centers Youth Service Bureauís mission and philosophy is to serve youth and families in a holistic approach while embracing the unique characteristics of individuals and families. During this past fiscal year, we responded to this challenge while at the same time working towards responding to and meeting the needs of a growing and changing community. The year was about change and decision making for the future of the organization while grounding ourselves in our commitment to the mission and philosophy.
