Facts for Services Provided Last Fiscal Year, January 1, 2008 to December 31, 2008

Pregnant and Parenting Teens

• 9 youth, including mothers and their infant children, participated in the Promising Futures residential program, which opened in June.
• 8 youth, including mothers and their children, particpated in the Promising Futures community based program.

Family Access Center

• 82 families, comprised of 287 members, participated in 609 supervised visits at the Family Access Center.

Safe Place/Host Homes

• 7 youth sought assistance through Project Safe Place.
• 9 youth were served in a Host Homes residental placement.
  

Teen Leaders in Action

• 14 youths participated on the agency's Teen Advisory Board.
  

Anger Management

• 10 youth participated in the Anger Management group.
  

FAST

• 7 families, comprised of 29 members, completed the FAST program at Hamilton Heights Primary School.
  

Clinical Services

• 27 clients from 14 families participated in counseling services.
